I remember this, and although I wouldn't usually listen to this r'n'b/pop mixture, it does grab your attention in a sort of "I'll never show anybody my collection of TLC and Aaliyah CDs" way...

i LOVED aaliyah's age ain't nothing but a number album. not a fan of tlc though- sticking condoms over your glasses never shouted cool to me!

Mordi, if you like this track you might find it worthwhile to try to look past the original condom gimmick and listen to some tracks from crazy sexy cool, 'cause TLC actually has some pretty great r&b/pop tracks on there. I understand your apprehension, I stayed far away from TLC for many years, until quite surprisingly my boyfriend got me into them a year ago. Some good stuff if you like the genre, but it is dated.
In particular I always thought creep was kinda catchy, but was too shy to admit it, and Switch is another easy favourite. I can't find the cd right now, so I can't give you another info.
I recommend you give it a try though.
